Job Summary
• Must manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
• Must be able to break a scope of work into packages
• Must be competent and confident with client and subcontractors liaison
• BSc. Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics
• Being a member of a professional body would be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience
