An upcoming dynamic construction company is looking for a well-rounded, career driven and results-oriented individuals to assume the position of PA to the Managing directors

Job Description

• Reading, monitoring and responding to emails
• Answering calls and liaising with clients competently, preliminary drafting of correspondence on behalf of the directors
• Planning and organizing meetings
• Organizing complex travel
• Improving office systems
• Conducting research
• Preparing presentations
• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
• Typing, proofreading
• Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,
• Managing cleaners and drivers
• Responsible for updating of company certificates and licenses

Required skills & Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma / Degree level

Additional Qualities

• Must be exceptionally good in both spoken and written English
• Must be smart, outspoken, sociable and a good team player
• Role is versatile and the individual must be very proactive and driven
• Ability to work under pressure and late hours
• Generally, individual must have a great attitude towards work
