A newly established multi-fruit processing company located in Kumasi is seeking energetic, performance-oriented and service-focused individuals for the following vacant position: Administrative Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of HR and administrative tasks of the company
• Maintains office supplies through controlling, inventory and placing orders
• Responsible for recruitment, training and assessment of employees
• Ensures operations adhere to labour laws, policies and regulations
• Ensures smooth and adequate flow of information to facilitate business operations

Required skills & Experience

• BA/BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 10 years experience in supervising staff of 40+ preferred
• Excellent organisational and multitasks abilities
• In-depth understanding of Office management procedures
