Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose • To provide operational support in the administration and management of resources for the effective delivery of services. Duties and Responsibilities • Collate and submit Annual Performance Appraisal reports of sub-professional staff of the board • Assist in the effective and efficient management of the registry • Provide inputs for the formulation and execution of procedures for the effective management of records • Provide inputs for the periodic review of condition of service and job descriptions for the junior staff • Provide support in the processing and administration of wages, salaries and other condition of service of staff • Process application for leave and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on leave

Required skills & Experience

• Degree/HND from an accredited tertiary institution is any of the following fields: Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field • A minimum of 4 years of post qualification relevant work experience in a reputable organization • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the board in collaboration with public services commission.
