An organization seeks the services of competent and experienced individual as a Project Manager.
Employment Type: Contract (6 to 12 months contract period)
Report To: Project Director
Responsibilities
• The Project Manager must take responsibility of the entire project process, schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct contractors and subcontractors
• Review the work progress on site consistently
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and license
• Report and escalate to management all issues that require management attention
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, construction, or any related field
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
