Client Services Officer

• Speaking with clients over the phone and online.
• Understanding client needs and objectives.
• Addressing enquiries and resolving concerns efficiently and proactively.
• Processing client orders or complaints.
• Building client relationships.
• Documenting calls and filing written reports.
• Reporting to a group manager and working with the team to achieve targets.
• Attending meetings and training programs.

Required skills & Experience

High school diploma/bachelor degree

• Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
• Advanced ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
• Willingness and the ability to travel to client locations, when required.
• Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services.
• Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
