A reputable international company is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable: HR Professional

Principal Accountabilities

• The position will be responsible for setting and delivering HR objectives which are within the strategy & Business plans for an International Company in Kumasi.
• Responsible for management of all worker groups including unions, worker representatives & collective bargaining bodies and be familiar with local labour and employment laws and practices
• Recommend solutions and advise management on significant employee relations matters
• Direct the administration of the compensation system and methodology, ensuring consistent practices and approve general administrative documents and other related matters
• Research human resources issues, utilising survey instruments or other applicable vehicles for such research and analysis

Required skills & Experience

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management or related course)
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Must be between 35 and 49 old
• Working knowledge of labour Act, 2003 (Act 651)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, HR/Payroll software packages and other HRIS
• Must have initiative with strong organization skills
• Must have a proven track record of people and office management together with job stability
• Provide CV together with recent picture and references with contact details


• Must have complete and thorough understanding of international management standards and principles
• Demonstrate leadership and management skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization and have effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion and have advanced verbal and written communications skills in English
