  2. Under the company contact details, use the update option (for example “Update info”) if available.
  3. Submit the form; our team will review and confirm changes.
  4. If you cannot find the option, choose this subject and describe what needs changing in the message below.
  1. Please provide the correct company name as shown on Ghana Business Web.
  2. For accuracy, include the full URL of your listing.

If you made a payment but it does not reflect on your account (for example your plan is not active), contact us with your transaction details and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Include the listing URL and, if possible, the date of your review. We will verify and remove it if appropriate.
