Review of Royal Bank of Ghana. While the account was moderately easy to set up on line, customer support and service has been very inadequate for my needs. The numbers posted to call for help are never answered. Emails go mostly unanswered. I was informed that a specific resource was assigned to assist me. This helped a couple of times but not at all consistently. Emails remain unanswered. If this feedback helps them to correct the problem, that wold be great.
