Poor customer service at the reception. Poor telephone manners however the rooms are neat.
Training for the receptionist should be done with urgently.

They have the best facilities with good price and nice location ,powerful security with cctv camera everywhere and their staff respect and are always ready to help guest. They will never disappoint you if you book accommodation with them
